“My mom was one of the first residents to get on the waiting list before they ever laid the first brick at Wellpoint. She was in her mid-80s at the time and still driving when she moved into Independent Living.
The staff is wonderful, friendly, and so engaging with all the residents. The events are so fun and even offer opportunities for my friends and I to participate.
My mom chose Wellpoint because of the graduated care, in case she ever needed more assistance. After living in Independent Living for three and a half years, we decided the time had come for Memory Care. I was skeptical at the beginning, but quickly realized it was the best place for my mom. She is thriving there more than ever.
The staff treats her like their own grandmother and are so kind. The kitchen staff is wonderful, and she loves the food. The nurses are excellent and stay on top of everything that could be going on. My mom now takes part in field trips, afternoon games, and exercise classes. I also love the fact that they have in-house PT and OT.
