Did you know that in the United States an older adult falls every second of every day? These falls can happen anywhere, but 75% happen at home. Join us to learn the potential short- and long-term effects of falling, along with:
- Understanding the facts about falls and fearof falling
- Learning about safety hazards in the home
- Identifying strategies and resources to reduce the risk of falling
